For HQ how many different Subnet you have to server there ?
Is the Mirage Server located at the HQ ?
With less BR you can still serve few hundred but not at the same time. Means less BR= more time to migrate devices
Do you centralize the devices upfront migration to be able to revert to Win XP in case you need?
We recommend to centralize 250- 400 max at the same time.
You can also warm up the BR by promotion them to BR in LAN close to Mirage server download Base Layer and the ship them into branches.
Mean no download over BR WAN then.
