vShield Endpoint and Kaspersky anti-virut for virtualization did not work together.

Hi all,

I'm evaluating Kaspersky anti-virut for virutalization and I have a trouble.

1.

I deployed VMware vShield manager, configured it with vCenter, enabled vShield Endpoint ESX module on ESXi, enable vShield thin agent on Virtual Machine.

2. I deployed Kaspersky Secure VM and configured it. In Kaspersky Security Center, I created a policy for Virtualization, but when I show VM, Kaspersky showed thay my VMs did not have anivirut agent.

When I check the connection menu. A windows show "Computer is unavailable".

What should I do?
