I filed an internal ticket (1089144) to track this issue. meanwhile, please help upload fusion support log bundle,spanning the outage time.
1. Click VMware Fusion menu > Help > Collect Support Information to generate the .zip file on the desktop.
2. Upload .zip file to this thread through click "Use advanced editor" on the right-top of editor.
