What is the fastest way to move a server from a VCenter to another Vcenter ( Besides converter)

I want to move my VMServer ( 500 GB VMDK) from a VCenter to another Vcenter. I tried to use converter but it will take 2 days because moving from location to another location. What is the fastest way to move the server? Pls. advise.
