I'm quite sure that Windows 98, 2000, ME and XP pre SP1a are officially not allowed to be installed due to their bundling of Microsoft Java, but I don't see VMWare stoping anyone from installing them.

As to the other arguments you're trying to make they too are pointless and completely off-topic since Apple's SLA for versions of Mac OS X Client Versions prior to Mac OS X 10.7 Lion are not legally virtualizable and therefore any discussion involving the virtualization of Mac OS X Tiger, Leopard and Snow Leopard Client Versions is prohibited by the VMware Community Terms of Use.
