Could not power on VM: Number of running VCPUs limit is exceeded

Hello

I have a vcenter 5.x with 2 esx 5.1 host.

I have DRS on.

The thing is, when i try to power on a virtual machine, i get this message:

Is there any way to change this limit? The only thing i have find is for esx4, not 5
