VMWare Workstation 9 : Solaris 10 SPARC Installation Error

Hi Friends,

I installed VMware Workstation 9 on Windows 7 32 bit operating system.

I configured Solris 10 installation, I given the Soalris OS ISO image file path(File is stored in hard drive not from CD/DVD). After clicking on Power on this Virtual Machine, it is showing the error : Operating System Not Found.

Please help me reg. this issue as early as possible.
