VMware Fusion does not come with any Operating Systems. It creates a Virtual Machine in which you can install various OSes. You need to provide your own Windows Installation Disc or ISO Image. You should click both Getting Started with VMware Fusion and Video Tutorials on the VMware Fusion Help Menu!
