Afaik sharing virtual disks is only supported with Microsoft Clusters, which are shared-nothing clusters. I'm not sure how Oracle handles shared disks and whether this will work. You may wan to take a look at VMware KB: Microsoft Cluster Service (MSCS) support on ESXi/ESX for instructions/settings required to setup MSCS nodes with shared disks, maybe this helps.
