I'm trying to convert a physical installation of Windows 8. I don't have an ISO to work with 
Something certainly is going wrong with the virtualization - I just wish I knew what. Conversion for VMware Player 4 or 5 appears to complete successfully but it won't run in VMware Player.
Conversion for VMware ESXi 5.0 fails.
