As it is common problem but different from user to user .
But this may happen due to incompatible driver, hard ware , RAM , bad sector on Hard drive , virus, corrupt OS etc etc .
so you have to observer when it happen & before that if you mad any changes please revert to previous version or if up graded any thing downgrade those .
