Re: vCenter (vCSA) is effectively behaving read-only - bogus licensing issue?

Also tried setting root's perms to non-admin and then switching back, and deleting root's perms entirely and re-adding them for both the user and the group.  root has no power on my system, except for the ability to give root to others.
