VMware Tools GUI has been incorporated into the Settings for the Virtual Machine and is no longer a part of the System Tray applet. You also can run the VMwareToolboxCmd.exe from the VMware Tools installation directory, e.g. C:\Program Files\VMware\VMware Tools, for functionality via the Command Prompt.
