Servers not Communicating on vSwitch1

Hello,

I have two vSwitches as shown in the image below both on separate physical NICs. VMs on vSwitch0 are communicating with each other properly. This vSwitch is also connected with Management Network.

Problem is with vSwitch1. VMs on this switch are not able to communicate with each other i.e. VMs on same switch cannot communicate with each other.

vSwitch0 has network 172.18.132.0/24

vSwitch1 has network 192.168.111.0/24

Is there I am missing in configuration?
